These Terms govern your use of BidBolt. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Service description

BidBolt provides software workflows for opportunity matching, pipeline tracking, reporting checklists, and alert automation for government contracting teams.

2) Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate profile and billing information.
• You may not use BidBolt for unlawful or abusive activity.

3) Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to your selected billing cycle and are managed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.

4) Disclaimer

BidBolt provides workflow and matching support tools and does not guarantee contract awards, procurement outcomes, or uninterrupted availability.

5) Liability limitation

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BidBolt is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
