Privacy Policy

BidBolt helps federal contractors monitor opportunities and run execution workflows. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
1) Information we collect
- Account information (name, email) through Clerk authentication.
- Contractor profile data you enter (NAICS, keywords, agencies, states, SAM entity details).
- Workflow data (saved opportunities, checklist tasks, alert settings).
- Billing metadata from Stripe (plan status and customer identifiers, not full card numbers).
2) How we use information
- Match opportunities to your targeting profile.
- Provide dashboards, alerts, and collaboration workflows.
- Process subscriptions and maintain account access.
- Secure and improve service reliability and abuse prevention.
3) Third-party processors
BidBolt uses trusted subprocessors including Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Stripe (billing), SendGrid (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). These services process data as needed to operate BidBolt.
4) Data retention and deletion
We retain data while your account is active and as required for legitimate business, contractual, and legal purposes. You can request account deletion and we will remove your data from active systems within a reasonable timeframe.
